I'm alone tonight

Tonight at least, I"m all alone. My parents and Brother have both separately gone to Seattle for different reasons and will be back tomorrow at some point. I should get to more of the math I need to understand for Friday. I think I'll finally throw Blade Runner on and watch it whilst I do the math I need to have done for my own understanding. It's just so freakin hot. What am I complaining about. I'm talking about things that require minimal physical effort. I should turn a fan back on. I put the fan I had on off thinking that I was going to step away from the computer. I ended up having a short conversation with a cousin of mine who's coming into town tomorrow with a whole bunch of other cousins coming from Regina, Saskatchewan aka city of my birth.

Hope I have it in me to balance family times, math work, and some other events coming up this weekend like a family christening and a wedding of an old friend (also a family friend), damn she's beautiful. uhhh...yeah, recalling back in the day sentiment. Remind me not to bring that up again, hoo hah hee haa hoo et sum udder junks.

I actually prefer being alone a lot of the time. Nobody around to stress me about not immediately doing things that I was going to get to shortly. I'll likely top off tonight with a partial drawing of something or the other. Maybe I should finish that partial drawing of Shweta?.....Nawwwwwwww!!!!!!!!!!!! Actually, maybe I will.

Blade Runner calls to me.

P.S. Watched Blade Runner. Was very visually impressive and storyline was very interesting. It's a detective story with a Sci-fi overlay. Philip K. Dick's works are always great source material. I really should rewatch it though and pay attention for every single moment because many important details are kind of quiet in it. It's easy to see how, even just from a production design standpoint, Blade Runner has become such a revered film. Rutger Hauer is such a badass in it too. I didn't fully pay attention so I might have missed Edward James Olmos' character. I'm sure I'll watch the Final Cut and all the other cuts a whole bunch of times.
