Back to School Fall '09

I'm back in session this week. I've got all my books save for one that was not in stock at the campus I'm taking that course in. I'll get it on Tuesday when I go in for that class again. My major task for this first week is reading and writing up my thoughts and analysis for a running course journal, starting with Aristotle's Poetics

Do you envy me? I have alternating English and History days Monday to Thursday. I'm gonna sleep in a bit tomorrow and then marathon my way through Poetics. It has some really interesting ideas. I'm already intrigued by Aristotle's views towards visual and written arts. I think that I'll likely end up focusing on that aspect along with quotes etc.

I'm finally gonna scan in the sketches from tourist spots in Vancouver I hit up in the 3rd or 4th week of August. Dammit, I won't procrastinate scanning them again.

There's a new Skytrain line named the Canada line that just opened in August too that's made my commute to one of my University's Campuses much, much easier. Goodbye HandiDart and your Driver is always in the right policy....for now at least. Never say never

one last thing. The Spina Bifida Association now knows I want to donate a painting. The process for them officially accepting it has begun. They're going to get back to me after they discuss it in a meeting that's happening either tonight or tomorrow.
