I love the first movie. The second one is just as funny, in parts maybe a bit more funny than the original. My only gripe with the movie is that the story unfolds similarly to the first film except with more emphasis on Kumar. Not that this is a bad thing, it's just noticing a formula that bothers me. I could explain some scenes but it's just better to see it. The Homeland security guy that wrongly arrests them is hilarious though. I've recently also watched The Orphanage, New Police Story (a slightly older Jackie Chan movie but I think probably his best film), Brother Bear(forgot how much I enjoyed the Phil Collins songs from this) and....I forget the last one at home. Harold & Kumar, I could go for several more of them.
