I think I'm being funny but I'm probably just trying too hard. Oh well, there are only a few unsuspecting victims of my running commentary on his or her running commentary
I was just watching one of my favorite TV shows "Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations"
I'm very sympathetic to his dislike of Karaoke. I'm envious of his job to travel all over the world sampling the local cuisine while enjoying the culture. It's exactly the kind of thing that I want to do while traveling in the time when I'm not checking out the local landmarks. The Osaka, Japan episode as played today. I always wanted to go there but now I might want to go there for the food alone. A U.S. Southwest episode was on today too. It was alternately funny, thought provoking, and Ted Nugent is one scary Mutha Fuckin Rockstar with his penchant for hunting down what he eats and using the carcasses for decoration. Reminded me of the time my family got stuck in Kellogg, Idaho because our GM Safari Van's air conditioning and electronic dashboard broke down because it was so frakkin HOT. The car dealership our car was fixed at was much like Mr. Nugent's home. It was weird and a bit frightening to say the least
